I had a great experience at Victoria’s Secret. The store has a beautiful atmosphere and such positive energy. The staff was very friendly and attentive throughout my visit.

I especially want to thank the manager, Jessica, for her wonderful service. She was kind, professional, and made the experience even better. Excellent customer service overall. I will definitely be back!

Excelente experiencia en Victoria’s Secret de Aventura Mall. Desde que entramos, a mi esposa y a mí nos atendieron con mucha amabilidad y profesionalismo. Todo el equipo fue atento, paciente y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos.
Tuvimos una pequeña necesidad durante la visita y fueron totalmente complacientes; incluso el management se involucró directamente para asegurarse de que todo se resolviera de la mejor manera. Eso habla muy bien del compromiso que tienen con sus clientes.

Amazing experience at Victoria’s Secret in Aventura Mall. From the moment we walked in, my wife and I were treated with kindness and professionalism. The whole team was attentive, patient, and always willing to help.
We had a small need during our visit, and they were extremely accommodating. Management was even directly involved to make sure everything was handled perfectly, which really shows their commitment to customers.
It feels like more than just a store—you can tell they work like a family. That warmth and care show in the way they treat people. We are very happy with the service and truly grateful. Thank you for such a great experience!

Quick stop at the Aventura store today and it was perfect! Welcoming vibe, that signature scent, and super friendly staff who helped me without any pressure. Great selection of bras, panties, PINK stuff, and some cute new styles. New store was really nice. Walked out happy and feeling great!
Excellent service and fun shopping experience. Highly recommend

I was shopping for a gift — lingerie for my sister. My sister wears a much larger size than I do. While I was looking for the right item, a sales associate approached me and told me not to touch the items displayed on the table because they were “not my size.” I explained to her that I was not shopping for myself.
The color and size I needed were not available inside the drawers. When I tried to take the correct color and size from the table display — since it was not available in the drawers — the associate approached me again and started yelling at me, telling me not to touch the items and saying that everything there was “not for me” and that it would all need to be cleaned up after me.
I repeated that I needed that specific color and size, and that it was not available in the drawers. There were multiple identical items displayed on the table in the size I needed. Despite this, the associate raised her voice at me in a very rude and aggressive manner. It was loud enough that other customers could hear and see what was happening.
She put me in an extremely uncomfortable and embarrassing position and made me feel ashamed for simply shopping in the store. I reported the situation to the manager, but I was told that they do not provide the names of their employees, so unfortunately I do not know her name. The associate was a Spanish-speaking woman.
Because of this experience, I no longer feel comfortable shopping in this store, even though I am a regular customer. It is unacceptable to be yelled at twice while simply trying to make a purchase.
