I had an excellent experience during my visit to the doctor’s office today. From the moment I walked in, I was met with warmth and professionalism. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, creating a welcoming and stress-free start to my appointment.
The nurse practitioner was equally wonderful—attentive, kind, and caring. The medical assistant was very nice as well, making sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout the visit.
Dr. Mariya Rozenfeld herself is nothing short of amazing. She has such a calm, approachable presence that immediately puts you at ease. Her knowledge and expertise shine through, but it’s her genuine care and ability to truly listen that make her exceptional. I left feeling heard, understood, and confident in the care I received.

Finally, I found an excellent office where not just the Doctor is knowledgeable, attentive and pleasant. But the staff , nurses and administrative team are very friendly and efficient too. It is very hard to find all in one. The office is very clean and comfortable. There was practically no wait time. I came in, got checked in, and by the time I got comfortable in the waiting room, I was called in. The whole visit took less than an hour. Dr. Mariya Rozenfeld, who did the exam, took the time to listen to my problem without rushing. I am very satisfied with the results and how the Doctor treated me.

I booked an appointment with this doctor twice and was forced to wait 6–7 months each time. On both occasions, I received a cancellation message the day before the appointment with the exact same excuse — that the doctor was unwell. Canceling at the last minute after making a patient wait more than half a year is not just inconvenient, it is completely disrespectful and blatantly unprofessional.

At this point, the 6–7 month waiting lists feel artificially inflated and misleading. Repeating the same last-minute cancellation raises serious doubts about the doctor’s professionalism and the clinic’s integrity. Patients deserve honesty, accountability, and basic respect — none of which were demonstrated here.
