Hertz Car Rental - New York City Jfk Airport

They had no cars available at 10pm, was unapologetic, and the car I did was receive reeked of smoke. The car seat I rented was broken so i had to get another one that had a broken & missing shade. Yohan was cool & helpful with the checkin process. Make sure you sign up as a gold member, maybe that’ll help you with your rental experience….MAYBE. Won’t make cars appear tho.

I picked up a car on 12/29 at about 11pm. It was a bit confusing for me to figure out how to get on the train but it was doable. Once you get off at Federal Circle it was easy. Pick up area was busy but Daisy from the front desk, made everything super easy and clear. She was very friendly. I went out and ended up picking up the Grand Cherokee assigned on my reservation. The only complaint is that it smelled a lot like cigarettes. Still have the rental until tomorrow. Will update review once i return it and make sure fees were charged properly.

My favorite rental agency. Anytime I had issues, they always did what I thought was fair.

I have rented vehicles from many different car rental places every month! On January 1st 2024 New Year's day!! I go to pick up my renter car at Hertz at 318 Federal circle JFK! There had to be at least 15 people on line! There was only one Amazing worker named Karen Stewart taken care of every Customer by herself!! She was doing a 5 person job by herself! Karen Stewart was taken care of 2 customers at a time! She was going from one computer to the next computer! I have never seen anyone Do the most wonderful job to help the customers get there renter cars and make there wait move as fast as she can! Karen Stewart did it all with a smile on her face! Me as a professional working woman could of never handle what she did! Hertz should be very grateful to have Karen Stewart As an employer! I Myself thank you Karen so much! You deserve to be acknowledged for the hard work and The dedication u gave! Thank you again!!!
