I absolutely love this mall, with lots of choices of food venders . They have a train that you can hop on to take you around. Prices are a little high but overall a nice place to spend a family trip.

I walked from Rack Room Shoes down the corridor toward the area where Dick’s Sporting Goods is located, and during that entire walk I didn’t see a single sign pointing to a restroom. For a mall of this size, the lack of clear restroom signage is surprising and inconvenient.
As I came near the Dick’s entrance, I noticed the food court directly to the left and headed that way, knowing there should be a restroom in that area. I did find the men’s restroom, but it was closed, and a tenant was standing there monitoring the entrance. When I asked about alternatives, the response was sarcastic, and I was told my only options were Dick’s Sporting Goods or Macy’s.
I went into Dick’s, and an associate told me the restroom was upstairs. After making the trip up, I found a completely full restroom with only three stalls available. It was frustrating to walk the length of the corridor, reach the food court, be turned away, and then discover such limited capacity in the next available option.
For a mall as large and busy as Castleton Square, the restroom situation needs improvement. Better signage, more accessible locations, and restrooms with enough capacity to handle crowds are basic expectations, especially for patrons who may urgently need one.
