In the soaring towers of 8888 Keystone Crossing, you’ll find a place where clinical science meets genuine, unbridled joy. Happy Hearts ABA isn't just a therapy center; it’s a launchpad for neurodivergent children in Indianapolis.

While Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) can sometimes feel clinical or rigid, Happy Hearts lives up to its name by flipping the script. They prioritize the emotional well-being of the child as the foundation for all behavioral progress.

The Happy Hearts "Differentiator"

The "Whole-Heart" Approach: They believe that a child who feels understood is a child who learns. Instead of focusing solely on compliance, their therapists lean into "naturalistic teaching"—following the child’s lead and turning their natural interests (like dinosaurs, space, or trains) into a classroom.

The Keystone Hub: Located in one of Indy’s most vibrant professional districts, the facility is designed to be a high-energy, sensory-friendly environment. It’s a space where "play" is the hardest work they do, and "success" is measured in first words, new friendships, and independent milestones.

Parental Partnership: They don't just work with the child in a vacuum. Happy Hearts treats the entire family as a team, providing parents with the "toolbelt" they need to turn home life from a place of stress into a place of connection.

Early Intervention Specialists: They are particularly adept at catching developmental curves early, helping toddlers and young children build the social and communication "muscles" they’ll need for the transition to school.

Why 8888 Keystone Crossing?

The location is a strategic choice for busy Indy families. Situated right near the Fashion Mall, it allows parents to handle the logistics of life while their child is in a safe, world-class therapeutic setting. The office itself is bright, modern, and—most importantly—feels like a second home.

The Philosophy: Behavior is communication. Happy Hearts ABA listens to what a child is saying through their actions, then gives them the tools to speak to the world in a way the world can finally hear.

I did quite a bit of research on ABA centers and companies in the Indianapolis area after receiving my child's ASD dx. There were non-neotiables that I wouldn't budge on: caring nature, clean, organized and understanding. But the primary thing I went by was my gut, my mother's intuition as I toured the facilities and met their directors and staff. I had toured over 7 prior to finding Happy Hearts and not that anything was overtly wrong with them but my mama gut knew they just weren't right for my little one. Then I discovered ABA could be home-based and that was a game changer. I met with 3 companies that offered this option, and Happy Hearts was one. When you know, you know. The process from start to finish was organized, communicative, professional and tailored for my child's specific needs. Intake was efficient (no waiting list) and the 2 BCBAs we have had are passionate about what they do and it shows. But it's the RBT who makes all the difference. The RBT is in your home daily, working so hard to build a trusting relationship with your child that will result in them making real, noticeable progress. That is exactly what we got! We adore our RBT, thankfully we have had the same person the entire time! She is reliable, takes pride in what she does and is truly invested his my child's progress. I couldn't be happier with selecting Happy Hearts and I am so grateful. My child went from uttering a word here and there to speaking in phrases in a very short time. Highly recommend to anyone considering ABA for their child.

I very much appreciate Happy Hearts ABA and what they have done for my son and I ❤️ I've learned a lot from the process and I can see the progress. I wish I'd have pursued them sooner because prior it was just me and my boy 24/7 and sometimes mommy's need a break From one autism mom to another...give them a try! I recommend it!
Shout out to Lisa Holland! Thank you so much for all your hard work! We appreciate you

I walked in unsure and left with the best experience I’ve had in months. The team at Happy Hearts ABA welcomed me with such genuine kindness that I felt at ease right away. Every therapist was compassionate, patient, and truly cared about my progress. Their ABA Therapy sessions felt supportive and personalized, making a big difference in how comfortable I felt. I especially appreciated how the staff always took the time to listen and explain everything in a friendly way. If you’re looking for caring behavioral support, I can’t recommend Happy Hearts enough.

Earlier this year I asked if they would donate to an autism ride. They not only donated money but provided a staff member to come out and answer questions. They said they were glad we were bringing awareness to Autism and offered to support us at future events.
