If you’re living on the East side of Las Vegas or in the Sunrise area, the Lowe’s on East Charleston Blvd is likely your primary home base for everything from quick fixes to major weekend projects. Located just a short drive from the I-15 and the 95 interchange, this spot is super convenient for those of us who don’t want to trek across the valley just to pick up a box of screws or a new ceiling fan. It has that classic, busy neighborhood vibe where you’re just as likely to run into a professional contractor at the Pro Desk as you are a neighbor looking for a specific desert-friendly plant for their yard.

One of the best things about this particular location is the Lighting and Appliance departments. If you’re looking to brighten up a dim kitchen or upgrade to a more energy-efficient fridge to beat those Vegas utility bills, they have a massive selection of floor models you can actually touch and test. Unlike some other hardware stores that feel like a maze of boxes, the layout here at 2875 E Charleston Blvd is pretty intuitive. Plus, if you’re doing a DIY shelving project and your own saw isn’t up to the task, the staff in the lumber section are usually great about helping with custom board cuts to get you on your way faster.

For the gardeners out there, the Sunrise Lowe’s Garden Center is a lifesaver during the planting season. They do a solid job of stocking greenery that can actually survive our harsh 89104 summer heat, like hardy succulents, drought-resistant shrubs, and plenty of shade-providing trees. It’s also one of the few places in the area where you can consistently find specialized equipment like the Nemo GRABO vacuum lifters for tile and stone work, which is a huge plus if you’re tackling a bathroom or patio remodel yourself.

Convenience is the name of the game here. Between the "Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store" lockers—which are perfect for avoiding the Saturday morning rush—and the helpful, "boots on the ground" employees who actually know their way around a plumbing aisle, it takes a lot of the stress out of home improvement. The parking lot is big enough that you won't have to circle for ages, and the loading zone is well-managed, so getting heavy bags of mulch or concrete into your truck is a breeze.

Whether you're a pro or a first-time homeowner, you can swing by almost any time. The Lowe’s at 2875 E Charleston Blvd is open Monday through Saturday from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. It’s a reliable, local staple that makes keeping a house in order in the desert just a little bit easier.

Went in with the intentions of purchasing a new complete kitchen. cabinets, countertops, floor tile, sinks, appliances, and whatever else I needed to completely redo my kitchen and laundry room. I previously got approved for a high amount for Lowe's credit so I was expecting to spend 25 to $30,000. Paid for somebody to come and do a concise measurement. Nobody called. Two wks later I called they said sorry we put your information in wrong that somebody would call within a couple days.. nobody called so I called back again they said he should have called you. They promise somebody would call the next day. 2 days later I had to go in and figure out what was going on. The girl that works the kitchen department was off of course again and it was only 3:00. I told him I'm tired of waiting for somebody to come just to do a simple measurement. I never got a call from anybody, I always had to call in to figure out what was going on. When I told them that I just want to have my money back and go somewhere else they said okay they gave me my money back like it was no big deal like they go through this all the time I hope they realize the business that they're losing not only with me but with other people that I've talked to. It did work out though I went to Home Depot and got everything I needed and probably saved a lot of money and headache. BTW home Depot's measurement guy was out the next day after I paid. So if you're in the market for a new kitchen or whatever else that needs customer service don't go to Lowe's because their customer service sux.

Worst load I’ve ever been to in my life They floor workers that walks around refuse to help you find anything and looks at you crazy for getting irritating, if you can’t do your job, you need to find a different profession

I would avoid this Lowe's. I ordered a tub and it came to this one for some reason. I should have had it delivered. The girl had me pull around to the loading dock after she called back there. I backed in with a pickup and trailer and semi in the other 2 as she instructed. The guy asked his boss about a tub, he replies snarky I need go around the semi as instructed. I'm like that's Not what the girl up front said, but whatever. Pull around the semi to a Locked gate, wait over 5 minutes and nothing, go back to the loading doc and he's even more snarky saying, go back around like I said, I'm waiting for a manager with keys. I'm like than you just should have said, I need to wait for a manager with keys. Keep in mind there's still a pickup right there in the doc, I'm backed in an empty bay, they just need to open the door and put it in the back of my truck. So I go back and the gates open and I try to pull through and the manager blocks my path and puts up her hand to prevent me. After he said go to the other side and go through the gate. So I turn around and a lift truck puts it in back and a nicer guy says I'll email you it was picked up. That back room crew especially the guy in charge have No communication skills! And they could have easily loaded it like they were doing for the other truck with a trailer. Avoid this Lowe's and Go to Another. The one on Craig is more expensive in general than HD, but they are helpful and will tell you where stuff is.

Ok of course I love Lowes but the weirdest thing is at this particular store there is a plethora of escorts working out front. Seriously. What I don't understand is why they don't just post online and then wait for phone to ring. Why put yourself in a vulnerable position? I hate to dare say it but they likely also have pimps. Girls!! Be smart. Go online keep 100%′′be safe. My prayers are with you.
