I just want to give props and my respects to the female target director of this location for how she handles starbuck collaboration releases at her store; today for the HK Collab. There was/is no pushing, cutting in line at all! She specifies it's a single file line in the order people arrived and had limits for how many of each item you can get. ALL other stores need to do what this location does to give more people a chance and keeps in check the crowd piling up! Please keep this strategy going, very helpful!

Stores need to stop inconveniencing their in-store shoppers! Having items locked up is a major hindrance to quick and convenient shopping. This is a reason I have taken my Target business to Amazon.

Everything at this location is locked away but they have no associate to actually unlock anything. I guess it's just there for show. I had to press the "assist" button 8 times and walk to the front and ask for a manager before someone finally showed. I'm done with this store. Yet another location they need to close.

I always go to Target with no problems, but today…I made a return around 9:40AM-9:50AM, the lady that was at customer service counter had so much attitude with me while I was trying to do a return. Smh.

The team member named Ko was so nice. He asked us if we needed help we said no but when we needed help one more time he had no bother and asked us again. Do we need help this time and he said yes he was so helpful to find the items where we’re looking for. I would definitely recommend coming here just because of him.

Every time I come here it feels like the visit gets worse. The most recent time, the store is under renovation and some of the aisles are so small that I could barely fit a cart through, and that was if things were on the shelves properly to not be knocked off the cart. I cannot imagine if I was a larger person trying to get through. Plus all of the freezers and fridges were empty and all moved throughout the store, and other areas were not stocked so I had to leave without what I wanted. Add insult to injury and pretty much all the beauty section is locked up. This was the one reason why I was choosing Target over Walmart, nothing locked up, then a little happened, now pretty much all of it. I am ready to just start going to Amazon for everything at this point even though I don't want to add to their nonsense.
