It's a bit crowded and understaffed, but the employees have always been really nice and helpful. I wish they had better stock, more variety, and better prices, but what can you do?

I of course did not realize my phone was dying prior to walking in. However i had googled a coupon which was not valid. However by the time i got inside phone died so i couldn't show it. I was approached by meg and asked if she could honor coupon or if i should come back. She said ask for her once i got to register and no problem she could honor it. She also upsold me on the bombshell perfume saying id pay for perfume get lotion body spray and bag as a special offer they had going. I shopped went to check out asked for meg they couldn't get her i asked if she was there they said yes but got someone else. I asked about coupon she was unaware of coupon okay however i still bought the perfume that came with 3 extras and they refused to honor it. Came home charged my phone checked app coupon not valid okay. However i did buy the big bombshell bottle that should have included 3 other items. I definitely think if theres sales or promotions going on everyone should be on the same page.

Todays its a great sale at Victoria secret ,with th $%40 off on anything and youll get a victoria secret tote bag for free with the only requirement to spend $100 witch was a piece of cake cus i bought to bare & rose perfume 3.4 for only $47.79 a piece and a lip gloss, and i got my tote bag for free, its nice to give something to your self so ,stop by good stuff

Was treated with the upmost disrespect. At 3:50 pm 1/15 I approached the counter for my pick up, and to purchase more items. I was ignored. The cashier waited until someone was behind me and waited on them. The 2nd cashier did the same thing. I finally asked if I was going to just be ignored and should I cancel my order and jist leave. They gave me my online order after both cashiers needed to rudely see my ID. I left without purchasing other items, and I will be returning the ones I picked up. Never been treated so horribly. Will never return!!!

This is not one of there better locations. The styles and quality are fine but this store has very limited inventory. They were out of stock on many items or had tops without bottoms or bottoms without tops. I was purchasing a gift for a friend and I had to go with my 4th or 5th choice due to inventory issues.
