I always have a positive visit with Dr Lu. She is patient, knowledgeable & kind. On one occasion we did not review my lab results and Dr Lu called me to apologize and ask if during that call could she review my lab results.
She went the extra mile and I appreciated that gesture so much.
Also her staff is always pleasant.

VERY happy with Dr. Lu! My first time seeing her, and I feel like she will be my Dr. for life (I hope!)!!! She truly seemed to care about me and was friendly and didn't rush me in any way. Everyone I encountered was very friendly. Nice clean office. THANK YOU Dr. Lu and staff!!

Valley Health Physician Alliance-Centennial
Being new to Nevada, relocated from hawaii, we were unfamiliar with Doctors as well as hospitals.

A relative suggested VHOA-C accept their Physician wasn't taking new patients.

Fortunately enough we were able to get appointments with Lu & my husband with Dr Pena. We had about a 3 month for an appointment needless to say we were quite anxious.
The wait was worth it. I found Dr Lu a tremendous breathe of fresh air.
She is not only patient but with her knowledge she offers sensible options that I feel confident in.

Our son who has several serious medical conditions also sees Dr Lu & he can't say enough positive remarks about.

She was like my dear doctor I had in Hawaii for so many years.
My husband agreed that Dr Pena was also very patient & willing to.listen.

Thank God for Physicians like Dr Lu & Dr Pena.

Absolutely do NOT recommend this person! She has no professional conduct and will push her own personal opinion on you and then gave false information. Chea will not listen to you and instead talk over you in person! She was asked if she was ok several times during our encounter. Chea also was attempting to prescribe medication without completing blood work which is required for the medication type. This person should not be allowed to practice anything in the medical field.

Dr Lu is wonderful but it is unfortunate that her office and the staff in it are terrible. The phone system is abysmal. I called for two weeks, leaving messages every single day for a prescription refill, When I finally got a hold of somebody, they were angry at me for waiting so long and needing my prescription refilled. I told him I had already been calling for two weeks. As is the case, Dr. Lu Wasn’t in that day and you think it was the end of the world for them to get my prescription approved by another doctor… Life-saving medication that I need every single day. The front office staff is very rude often showing that you are wasting their time, Not looking up from behind their screens as they tell you to sign in and sit down. Making an appointment is impossible because again they don’t answer the phone, It has come to the point that now I have to make a trip to the doctor to schedule an appointment. I think today was the straw that broke the camels back. The results of testing have been back for weeks, no one called me to follow up or go over the results So I made a trip to the office to schedule an appointment. Scheduled it for 2 weeks out because that’s the Only thing that’s available. This morning is appointment day and they called and canceled. One person said the doctor was sick. Another person said the doctor had jury duty, why are they lying?!?
