Las Vegas, 2701 W Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89102

If you’re looking for a dentist in the heart of the city that doesn’t feel like a giant, anonymous corporation, Las Vegas Dental Group on West Charleston Blvd is a total staple. They’ve been around since 1973, which is basically a lifetime in Vegas years. Located right at 2701 W Charleston Blvd, it’s super central and easy to get to whether you’re coming from the Arts District, Downtown, or even the Westside. It has that "old-school" neighborhood trust, but the inside is fully updated with the kind of high-tech gear you’d expect from a top-tier clinic.

One of the things locals love most is the consistency. You aren’t seeing a new rotating dentist every time you go in for a cleaning. Dr. Maffeo and Dr. Aranbasich have been the anchors here for a long time, and they’ve built a team—including their hygienists like Dean—that patients actually look forward to seeing. It feels more like a family practice where they remember your history and your preferences, which really helps if you’re the type who gets a little jittery about sitting in the dental chair.

In terms of what they actually do, they’re pretty much a "do-it-all" shop. Beyond the usual exams and cleanings, they are big on restorative and cosmetic work. They handle everything from dental implants and same-day crowns to Invisalign if you’re looking to straighten things out without the metal braces. They also use 3D imaging (CBCT), which makes things like implant placement way more precise and a lot less invasive. If you have a sudden toothache, they’re usually really good about squeezing you in for an emergency appointment so you aren't suffering through the night.

Pricing and insurance are always a big concern, but they are very straightforward about the numbers. They accept most major PPO insurances and are known for being honest—they’ll tell you if a tooth really needs a crown or if it’s something that can wait. They also offer flexible financing if you’re doing a bigger project like a full smile makeover. It’s just a solid, professional place that has earned its reputation by being fair and reliable for over 50 years.

Business Hours

They keep a great "early bird" schedule, which is perfect if you want to get your appointment out of the way before the workday really kicks off:

Monday – Thursday: 07:30 – 16:30

Friday: 08:00 – 12:00 (Perfect for a quick Friday morning checkup)

I've really enjoyed going to Las Vegas Dental Group. Everyone in the office has treated me very well and it's a really comforting environment. Rebecca cleaned my teeth and she is really nice, funny, and witty. She made my dental cleaning a fun and relaxing experience.

I'd like to specifically thank Dr. Mark Aranbasich, he's a really nice dentist and explains everything about my dental treatment plan to me. I have a lot anxiety when it comes to the dentist, but Dr. Mark makes me feel comfortable. You can tell that he genuinely cares about his patients. Thank you again Dr. Mark! :)

Thank you to everyone at Las Vegas Dental Group for what you're doing for the Las Vegas community

I loveeeee this place. The people who work here are honest and kind. Even the staff from when you walk in to when you walk out to schedule your next appointment are all so sweet. Have to include specifically the doctor, Mark Aranbasich, and hygienist Danielle Maffeo. They are very clearly great at what they do and care about their clients. Another dentist I went was going to charge me over $800 for a crown I didn’t need, so, desperate, I switched to Las Vegas Dental Group, and they saved me so much money AND my teeth and gums are healthy again.

I recently had my teeth cleaned by the dental hygienist Danielle. She is so sweet and sociable. Before getting started, she put the strawberry flavor num cream to make sure I feel extra comfortable, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! From the moment I walked in, the staff was also welcoming and professional.
My teeth feel incredibly clean and polished, and I appreciate the attention to detail. She also provided helpful tips on maintaining my oral hygiene at home.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a top-notch dental cleaning!

I’v been coming here for many years to have my teeth cleaned by Danielle & my crowns regimented & adjusted. Danielle and the Dentists really know what they are doing! The best way I can describe them is that they are like a family and they welcome & treat you like a family member! Everybody knows my name! They are very thorough and honest when they make a recommendation! I trust them, Especially Dr. Mark. He has been very kind to me! Thank you for always squeezing me in for all my dental emergencies!

This was my worst dental care experience I encountered from reception to teeth cleaning at Las Vegas Dental, Charleston.
Hygienist Rebecca seemed to be having her bad days during my visits with her.
She had no communication about what work and pain level to be expected during my cleaning, she can leave you on the air with mouth opened while stepping off the room for something… her demeanour was unpleasant, putting a fault on my teeth condition as she was unable to complete her work as expected due to her exhaustion! She has shown no compassion or care of a patient was putted under her hands..
She injected the Anaesthetics without brief and left my cheek & lip numb and swollen for up to 8 hours after the work.
She was reluctant to answer any questions or concerns you raised to her reflecting her impatient.

Certain area of my teeth Rebecca treated felt discomfort and sensitive that I would not have experienced before the work.

I regret for have chosen the wrong place for my dental care, not recommended.

Dr nickolas maffeo is the best in town. He even visited me before my appointment day cause I was worried about my issue. Before, I had a review that I wasn't satisfied there. As I said there it was ""just"" about few times I was told they'd call me back but they didn't and also on my cleaning visit she didn't let me know in advanced it will be deep cleaning and I was charge $90 which I expected it a free annual visit. Others than that the doctor and his assistants put their 100 there for you.
