Ресторан грузинской кухни
Just moments away from the Hallandale waterfront, Argo Restaurant is a hidden treasure that serves as a sophisticated crossroads for Eastern European and Mediterranean flavors. It isn’t just a dining destination; it’s a modern homage to the legendary "Argo," inviting guests on a culinary voyage that spans from the rugged Caucasus mountains to the sunny shores of the Black Sea.
In a city of fast-paced eats, Argo stands out by offering a refined, white-linen experience that prioritizes the slow-cooked traditions of Georgia and beyond, all while maintaining a sleek, Hallandale-chic atmosphere.
The Argo Voyage
The Soul of Georgia: Argo is a premier destination for those seeking the legendary hospitality of the Caucasus. Their menu features the "gold standards" of Georgian cuisine, including the iconic Khachapuri—a decadent, cheese-filled bread that is as much an art form as it is a meal.
Modern Elegance: The interior strikes a perfect balance between upscale fine dining and a warm, welcoming home. With plush seating and soft lighting, it is designed for intimate celebrations, business dinners, and long, multi-course weekend feasts.
Handcrafted Precision: You won't find shortcuts here. From the hand-pleated Khinkali (savory dumplings) to the perfectly balanced pomegranate glazes, every dish is a testament to a kitchen that respects the labor-intensive heritage of the East.
A Curated Wine Journey: No Georgian-inspired meal is complete without the grape. Argo features a sophisticated selection of wines, often highlighting the ancient "Qveri" winemaking traditions that have defined the region for millennia.
The Captain’s Table
"Come for the flavors, stay for the legend. Every plate tells a story of the journey."

- This Georgian restaurant is a complete disappointment, both in service and in cuisine! There are not enough waiters, you have to wait 40-50 minutes to finally pay attention to you !! This suggests that the owner saves on staff!!! Lobio was tasteless, it felt like a can of beans had been opened, salted and served. Khinkali was brought cold, old cheese is used in khachapuri!! But the worst thing is how you can spoil the rack of lamb! !!Shame!!Georgian restaurant!!!I do not recommend to visit!!Not worth the money not spent, not the time spent!!!
- We had harcho soup and it was fantastic. And all kinds of charapuri were finger licking amazing! This place is highly recommended for Georgian food.
- Nice patio, friendly service. The food was ok, but not as good as some other Georgian restaurants.
