- I visited BestBuy to see the Steelcase Gesture chair, which wasn't available for delivery online. After calling ahead, a rep confirmed it'd be in the showroom. Unfortunately, staff were unhelpful and I couldn't find the chair on display. The area manager, Shawn, offered no assistance to my customer experience. Disappointed, I purchased the chair from a competitor with better service. Won't return to this store.
