- Very disappointed with the service and help and attitude of the Apple representative never have I felt so disappointed coming to Apple for help. I will not ever return to this location knowing I am going to get treated as if I was lying about what’s going on with my device. It is humiliating the way he treated me. If that is the type of service people are received from this tech he should not be working for Apple at all. Hello lease I recommend to anyone who reads this do not come to this location as you will be disappointed n how they treat u as if you don’t matter. - Went there ready to buy an iPhone. Knew the model, color, capacity, unlocked, and willing to take it home to do the iPhone transfer myself. Arrived at the store at 7:20pm, and they couldn’t do an easy an simple transaction, because they close at 8pm and used the excuse of a “high volume” of customers, but there were some Apple associates standing there without helping anyone. How much time does it take to get the phone over and charging the amount to a credit card? This translates to me as poor customer service and laziness.
Maybe Google, Microsoft or Samsung value customers more.
- Tremendo mal servicio, después de esperar y que nadie me atendiera, me acerqué a un representante para decirle que pretendía comprar un teléfono el cual llamó a otra persona y me preguntaron el nombre y así se me fueron acercando dos más para preguntarme el nombre en intervalo de tiempo, pero nadie me atendió y después de más de media hora tuve que irme sin comprar el teléfono. No lo recomiendo para nada, muchos trabajadores con sus camisetas verdes pero nadie haciendo nada.
