I had my first visit with Dr. Garcia after being referred by Dr. Rotemberg, and my experience was excellent from start to finish. The facility was very easy to find, with convenient garage parking, and I really appreciated the flexible appointment hours. The office is located inside Visionworks, which made everything even more convenient.

The staff was welcoming and friendly, the space was clean and well-organized, and there was very little wait time. Dr. Garcia is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain my eye health and eye care in a clear, detailed, and completely judgment-free way. I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout the entire visit.

Overall, a 10/10 experience. I will absolutely continue seeing Dr. Garcia as a patient and will be referring everyone I know here.

Highly recommend seeing Dr. Garcia for your eye care needs.

I met Dr. Jorge Garcia for the first time on 1/16. He was extremely thorough and professional. What I most appreciated is that he took the time to explain the specific conditions of my eyes and vision, as well as general health observations that affect vision. He was very clear of what aspects of my multifocal contact lenses work for my condition and what aspects do not. He also gave some good recommendations on what to practice at work to alleviate eye strain.

Not great. He can make rude comments sometimes. I don’t know if I’m talking about the same person because the visit was far from perfect. I go there just because it’s close to my house but I would prefer another doctor.

Thank you all very much. Dr. Garcia is always professional and provides clinical information and advice in details. Good interaction, very well understood, I felt quite comfortable and my questions were answered properly, as many other eye-care-related details provided by Dr. Garcia. Office staff is very welcoming, they could accommodate my appointment ahead of time. Fantastic interaction with the optic agent. Good discounts, nice selection of frames, entire process smooth, precise, and fast. Much appreciated.

I recently relocated to the area and needed to schedule an eye exam and purchase glasses. Dr Garcia and his staff were welcoming and informative. I felt extremely comfortable and the staff made me feel as if I was the only customer in the store. Attentive and helpful. Look forward to making this my go to from now on.

I’ve been going to Dr. Garcia for years and recommend him to all my friends. He’s very thorough, explains everything clearly, and whenever I say I’m getting older, he quickly corrects me and says I’m just getting wiser ;) Best prescription ever! He is great!

Llevo más de dos años de atenderme con el Dr. Jorge, lo recomiendo muchísimo pues tienen tecnología muy avanzada que permite que la consulta sea más rápida, cómoda y especializada y para completar la experiencia de Dr es un de 10, el tratamiento y el seguimiento cada vez que los visito es excelente, me siento en las mejores manos.

Alright, if you've seen any of my other reviews; you know how this is about to go:

Sooooooooooooo what am I going to say about Dr. Jorge R Garcia? Well, lets start with his staff...

EVERYONE I interacted with had great energy/vibes (as some would say). They were super friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. I scheduled my appointment online and they called within an hour to verify my information and make sure they didn't need anything else before my arrival. I wish more practitioners followed up with their leads this quickly. I also had to call them twice and each time I was able to quickly speak with someone. That is heavily appreciated.

Okay so, now to talk my ish about Dr. Garcia, the Optometrist himself...

I can see where his staff/office gets their good energy/vibes from. Dude's super nice, very professional, and very personable ($5 word right there). He explained all of my test results in details that other Optometrists never really dedicated the time to do. I also appreciate how he broke down the medical jargon in a way that made it easier to understand.

A few other perks of this location:
- Conveniently located right off coral way
- Free parking in the garage
- Conveniently near Sergio's

My Overall Opinion:
- Great experience.
- Great staff.
- Great Optometrist.
- A+ Service (or in google terms 5/5 stars)

The doctor is amazing, explains to you everything fully. Provides tips for better use of contacts, makes you comfortable to ask you questions. Truly love the doctor.
Only mishap was that if I didn’t call in to the office and check on my order I wouldn’t have never found out my order wasn’t placed until probably two weeks where I would be wondering where my order was. I called multiple times to verify on my order the day it was “placed” and get an itemized receipt which never arrived and the girl from the desk kept telling me all was good, that my order will arrive in two weeks. Email never arrived with itemized receipt so I call the next day to find out why, and that’s when they told me they had no order for me. I didn’t even got a “sorry” just a “the girl that helped you yesterday is new and maybe you didn’t understand what she meant”. Not my first time ordering contacts, I know what they mean when they even provide a time of arrival for my order. Also, I should have peace of mind when the office lady tells me something is done, that is done. They offered to placed the order for me the second time I called but I said no, didn’t trust them.
Aside from that, the experience was good, again the doctor is Jorge Garcia is amazing!
