If you’re living in the Kissimmee or Celebration area—or even if you’re just visiting Disney and suddenly wake up with a toothache that feels like a lightning bolt—Dental Care 24/7 Orlando (2940 Mallory Cir Ste 204-B) is the place you need to know about. It’s located right near the Disney gates, which is super convenient for locals in Four Corners and Hunters Creek. The vibe here is a huge relief; it doesn’t feel like a cold, scary hospital. Instead, it’s a modern clinic where the team actually understands that a dental emergency is stressful and they work fast to get you out of pain.

What makes this place totally unique is their "tag-team" setup with the medical urgent care next door. Most dental offices close their doors at 5:00 PM and leave you with an answering machine, but because of their partnership with Urgent Care 24/7, you can get help 365 days a year. If a dentist isn't physically at the chair when you walk in at 2:00 AM, the medical team can still step in to manage your pain or start you on antibiotics for an infection. It’s that extra layer of security that you just don't get at a traditional neighborhood dentist.

They handle the heavy lifting of emergency work—think root canals, extractions, and repairing broken dentures or crowns—but they also do routine cleanings if you’re just someone who works crazy hours and can’t make a normal appointment. They are a "Direct-Pay" office, which basically means they cut out the insurance middlemen to keep things simple. You pay a transparent price upfront (like their $99 exam and X-ray special), and they give you all the paperwork you need to get reimbursed by your insurance later. It’s honest, fast, and you’ll never get a "mystery bill" in the mail a month later.

Whether you’re a local resident or a tourist whose vacation was just sidelined by a cracked tooth, they prioritize getting you in and out without the long wait times you’d find at an ER. The staff is used to dealing with high-stress situations, so they are incredibly calm and good at explaining your options without using a bunch of medical jargon. It’s just a reliable, 24-hour safety net for your teeth in the heart of the Orlando area.

Absolutely wonderful!
Calm, comfortable, caring, attentive, professional, friendly and completely relaxing experience.
I am normally a very nervous person when it comes to going to a dentist office, yet everyone made me feel welcome, relaxed and treated me like I was the only person in their office.
There are not enough kind words to describe every employee in this office.
I am totally impressed, thankful and absolutely delighted in the all the care I received during my visit!!

Be cautious with this place. Their prices are outrageously high, and they seem to take advantage of people in emergencies. Just getting started will cost you over $500. They advertise a $99 Dental Exam with X-Ray included, but it’s misleading, what they promote online and in the office doesn’t match the reality. I felt like the focus was on money and not on our emergency.

went in for an emergency tooth extraction, everyone was so incredibly kind and walked me through all of the pricing, what was being done and why it had to be done. the extraction itself was painless! the dental assistant was cheering me on throughout the whole thing because i was nervous. it went by so smoothly and i was in and out in just two hours. p.s. the recovery has been seamless too

Let me preface this by saying I was not with my husband during this visit, but after reviewing his paperwork and hearing his experience, I believe this place is a scam that preys on people in emergencies, especially tourists.

A few days into our trip, my husband developed severe dental pain. By the end, he was dizzy, experiencing hot flashes, and unable to tolerate the discomfort. Desperate for help, my mother quickly googled “emergency dentist” and chose this office. I regret not taking more time to find a reputable provider, but we were in the middle of a Disney park and assumed it would be fine.

Once my husband arrived, he discovered it was more of an urgent care than a true dental office. To even see a dentist, they insisted on charging several hundred dollars for a panoramic dental scan, one that would likely have to be repeated by his home dentist anyway. They also do not accept insurance, which feels intentional given their questionable practices.

When my husband declined the unnecessary scan, he never actually saw a dentist. He isn’t even sure of the qualifications of the person he did see. He was told his blood pressure was “dangerously high” but was never given an actual number. Once staff realized he wasn’t falling for their upsells, his blood pressure concern was conveniently forgotten.

He ultimately received an antibiotic injection, a pain shot, and a steroid, which made sense given his symptoms. However, they also gave him a Vitamin B12 injection, claiming he was “probably low” and that it was “good for immunity.” As a healthcare professional myself, I can confidently say this is an absurd and inappropriate practice in this setting.

My husband left without seeing a dentist, with unnecessary treatments, and hundreds of dollars lighter. This office exploits vulnerable patients with gimmicks and unethical practices.

Do not go here.

Im traveling and had a really bad wisdom tooth pain. They told me i had a cavity on it and caused me to have a unbearable pain that i couldn't even handle any more. We showed up at night/morning 2am, they attended me quickly and gave me some injections and some pills for the following days and that night i slept so well. The pills keep my pain under control and swelling down. I have an appointment to extract my wisdom teeth out when i fly back home. So this will help me till then. I have so much respect for these guys and im really glad i stopped by since we couldn't a hold of some other dental places that said 24hrs. We drove 20min and felt like an hour with the unbearable pain i had. But definitely worth it in the end. Thank you guys again! You guys saved me on my vacation trip.
