Phoenix, 2450 E Beardsley Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85050

If you’re living in North Phoenix or the Cave Creek area and want to knock out your shopping without spending your whole day in the car, the Costco Wholesale at 2450 E Beardsley Rd is your local headquarters. Located right near the intersection of the Loop 101 and State Route 51, this "Cave Creek" warehouse is a total lifesaver for folks in the 85050 zip code. It’s got that high-energy, "big haul" vibe where you go in for a quick rotisserie chicken and somehow walk out with a new air fryer, a giant bag of frozen shrimp, and a 75-inch TV—all while feeling like you actually caught a break on the price.

The real draw of this North Phoenix location is how much it simplifies your "adulting" chores. The Gas Station here is a major perk for commuters, consistently offering some of the most competitive fuel prices in the Valley. It opens as early as 6:00 AM daily, which is perfect for filling up before the morning rush on the 101. Inside, you’ve got the legendary $4.99 rotisserie chicken—the ultimate "I'm too tired to cook in this heat" solution—and a massive produce section that stays fresh even in the middle of a desert summer. If you’re prepping for a backyard BBQ or a game day party, their bulk packs of steaks and wings are pretty much unbeatable.

What really makes this warehouse a "one-stop shop" are the extra services that save you a second trip elsewhere. This location features a full Pharmacy, Optical Department, and Hearing Aid Center, plus a Tire Service Center that’s great for getting your maintenance done while you roam the aisles hunting for "treasure hunt" deals. Many locals also swear by the Food Court as a mandatory stop; you just can’t argue with a $1.50 hot dog combo or a giant slice of pizza to reward yourself for navigating the weekend crowds.

They keep a very reliable schedule that fits right into a busy Arizona work week. Costco North Phoenix is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM, Saturdays from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM, and Sundays from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. If you have an Executive Membership, you can actually beat the main rush with early access starting at 9:00 AM daily. It’s a clean, well-managed, and friendly spot that helps stretch a paycheck a little further while making sure your pantry is always ready for whatever the week throws at you.

My favorite Costco in the Valley. Usually very busy on the weekends, making it a little difficult/frustrating to get around everyone trying to get their samples and leaving their carts in the middle of the aisle. Weekday nights are the best time to shop here.

Costco is another company that knows what customers need and want. I wish I had made some share investments back in the ninthes. Love the store.

Costco employees at the Cave Creek high a high energy and positive attitude. They greet u with smile and everyone is happy to direct you to a product or take you to find something you cannot find. I like the efficient service for eyeglasses and also the hearing aid dept. The store is bright and clutter free, no orange flats or clutter with stacks of boxes in aisles.
You are greeted with a smile, always two or three people to actually do the checkout at self checkout so u don't have to take products from carts and put them in again. Food court employees also happy and leaving the store is also fast and people friendly. Employees all over the store will say hello. My favorite Costco.

I am appalled at the customer service. Seeing other reviews shows me that I’m not the only one. Last night my husband and I went to get some steak. At checkout the register charged my husband for an auto renew on the membership. There was no notice, we were not aware our membership was even expired. Why were we not notified at the entrance? We would’ve renewed. The cashier brought us over to the managers where we had the unfortunate experience with Brenda. We were willing to renew our membership but had an issue with being charged with no notice whatsoever. When this was told to Brenda, my husband asked why was he not stopped at the front. Why did nobody let him know? Why does the cash register charge without any warning? Brenda responded rudely and abrasively, saying “it doesn’t matter!” When it was brought up that being charged unknowingly is not ok. Because of this, my husband said “you know what, just refund me everything. I won’t get anything.” Because of how we were handled and spoken to, we want nothing to do with Costco and won’t renew our membership. Had this been handled appropriately then we would’ve renewed. I commend the younger girl by Brenda, wish I got her name, for her empathy and understanding to the situation. She iterated that she’s sorry and it does matter.

To summarize, customer service and attention to detail is everything. There would’ve been no issues had we been told at the front that our membership needed renewal. Even if that was missed, we should’ve been refunded at the register no questions asked because it is a wrongful charge when someone is unaware of what they’re being charged for. At the end of the day, why does your machines charge people automatically?! Costco needs to seriously fix that. It’s fraudulent. It makes us not want to use Costco even more because why are they so insane about their memberships that they have to program a machine to autorenew with no notice?! “It doesn’t matter” yes, Brenda, it does matter.

I had a very disappointing experience while signing up for a Costco membership. During the process, an associate named Michael (member of 2013) repeatedly tried to persuade me to upgrade to the Executive Membership. After I politely declined, his response became unprofessional. He referred to me as “stubborn” and continued to make comments that felt dismissive of my decision.

He also made remarks about how he would continue to make $60 an hour regardless of my membership choice and suggested that my partner might question my financial decisions in the future. These comments were unnecessary and inappropriate in a customer service setting.

In addition, the sign-up process took nearly an hour, when it should have been a much quicker experience. Overall, the interaction felt uncomfortable and unprofessional, which was disappointing given the reputation Costco has for good customer service.

I shopped at the Costco on Beardsley & Cave Creek rd. in Phoenix on 3/14/26. I arrived before opening time for Executive Club members at 9 am. I’ve been an Executive member since 2012. I checked out at 9:19am. I was going to use the self-checkout, but I saw a line starting to form there, it was because they did not have hand held scanning guns available at any of the self-check out stations. As a result, many people were confused or had larger items that they couldn’t lift over the fixed scanner. There was only one person there to help the people. I’m watching this debacle unfold while waiting in the regular checkout line, of which only 2 were open. I asked the cashier why the self-checkout lines didn’t have hand held scanners, and she replies snootily “I don’t know, you have to ask Corporate”. Not happy with her attitude, I said that they need to send someone to Sam’s Club and learn how to do it right. Also, I mentioned that Sam’s has had Scan & Go for 10 years. Lucky for me that Sam’s had a promotional 1-yr membership for $20 that I just signed up for. I used to be a member years ago, and will be happy to use the scan & go again. Bye Bye Costco.

When did their meat become so so awful. You’re going to tell me this is prime grade New York loin? Wow. 3 years ago they had great beef. It’s gotten so bad last couple years, honestly want to return this whole strip loin I just bought

Today my husband and I went to buy a freezer for our son’s bday. First Josha in customer service took extra time to help us. Then daylon and a very nice helper also went extra time to help us. My thanks to all 3 helped so much. Never once did they treat us like we old even tho we are in our 80s. Thanks Costco

This Costco is so nice. The staff are always friendly, outgoing and make me feel like they do appreciate the customer. The layout is clean and easy to navigate, products are clearly labeled and well placed and checkout is a breeze. Parking is really nice too and easy to navigate driving a big truck. Don't get me started on the food, it's amazing. High quality products and good prices.

The gallon size kirkland bottle water are NOT SAFE!! The labels on them are not secure whatsoever!! I picked up a bottle that I just opened up and the label on it tore right off! It was full to the top, so it was heavy, and the bottle slipped out of my hand, since the label slipped off! I had a glass on the counter that I was going to pour water in, and the bottle hit the glass, and the glass fell off the counter, The glass went everywhere! VERY DANGEROUS!!! They have the label around the bottle where you hold it! Who thought of this brainstorm idea???

Great products, but the seasonal staff is terrible. They literally complain about boxing food and have a horrible attitude. There was female working there with rainbow dyed hair who was vile, bitter and complained about doing her job and barked at customers. I will not be renewing my membership here.

Great prepared store to table meals for a good price. Try out the food court for a super good beef sandwich on a fresh chibata roll or a huge slice of yummy pizza. Price club, where the price is right for what you get.

The food was delicious! That's all that's "upscale" for this wanna be restaurant. Nice bar, nice dining room but the noise from the bar is so loud it makes "dining" a shout fest. Waited 20 min for my "reserved" table. Our "server" aka waiter was rude & condescending. He showed no interest in making our dining experience memorable except a negative one. Tables in dining room were so close together that 2 people behind me & one @ my table had to stand up, maneuver their chairs to allow me to get out to go to the ladies room and there were 3 more tables behind me in the same cramped positions. In an emergency, I have no doubt we'd be trapped. There appeared to be a "mgr" roaming about like he'd lost his kitten w/his huge glasses perched on his forehead the entire time! It appeared 2 lower, mgr trainees types, were meeting next to our table for instruction. The wait staff, 5 to six of them were all perched next to our table the entire meal watching us as if to say, "Here's your hat, what's your hurry" we have people waiting for your table! Yet I couldn't get a refill of my water w/o waving @ one 10 feet away from me. The mgr & his 2 minions attempted to dress in business attire, but their clothes were wrinkled and ill-fitting. We spent our celebration that nite w/five wait staff, a manager & 2 trainees who have absolutely NO idea of what a fine dining is hovering @ our table! Bottom line, crummy service, really loud, management sucks in appearance & service, server was rude & condescending, dining rm seating totally unacceptable and dangerous in event of emergency. My two stars were only for the food. Otherwise, I would NOT recommend the Peoria location.

Self service should be that and not someone takings over your experience of SELF SERVICE
