In the heart of the Inland Northwest, Centennial Sports & Physical Therapy at 13102 E Mission Ave (Suite 102) serves as a high-performance recovery hub for the Spokane Valley community. Founded by Sean and Diane Freeman, this clinic has spent over 15 years rejecting the "revolving door" medical model in favor of a deeply personal, one-on-one approach that treats every patient like a member of the family.

What makes Centennial unique is its "whole-body" strategy—they don't just treat the injury; they optimize the athlete within the individual.

The Centennial "All-In" Philosophy

The Family-Owned Vanguard: Unlike corporate clinics managed by distant boards, Centennial is locally owned and operated. Sean Freeman is known for a progressive, "movement-first" approach to sports rehab, while Diane Freeman brings a specialized background in Myofascial Release and deep tissue massage, creating a rare synergy between clinical PT and hands-on bodywork.

The "Lifespan" Specialist: They are one of the few clinics in the Valley with a robust Pediatric Physical Therapy program. They use play-based, evidence-backed protocols to help children and teens overcome developmental hurdles or sports injuries, ensuring that the next generation of Spokane athletes stays on the field.

Industrial Strength Rehab: Centennial isn't just for athletes. They are a primary resource for local employers, specializing in Industrial Rehabilitation. From ergonomic job-site assessments to worker capacity exams, they help the "industrial athletes" of Spokane Valley return to work safely and efficiently.

The Pre-Surgical "Pre-hab" Advantage: They are staunch advocates for pre-surgical physical therapy. By strengthening the muscles and increasing range of motion before an orthopedic operation, they significantly compress the recovery timeline on the other side.

A Strategic Location for Recovery

Situated just two blocks east of Valley Hospital and near the I-90 corridor, the Mission Avenue office is designed to be a "high-focus" environment. The space is bright, functional, and organized around the idea of Individual Attention—you won't find techs or assistants running your session; you work directly with the experts.

The Vibe: It’s where the grit of the Pacific Northwest meets modern movement science. Whether you’re recovering from a rotator cuff repair or training for a triathlon at Liberty Lake, Centennial provides the blueprint for your comeback.
