What really makes this location a lifesaver is the Genius Bar. If you’ve got a cracked screen or your Mac is acting up, the techs here are great about explaining what’s wrong without making it sound like a foreign language. Just a heads up from a local—make sure you book an appointment ahead of time on the app, because the walk-in wait can get a little crazy, especially on the weekends. They also do these free Today at Apple sessions where you can learn how to take better photos or even how to code, which is a pretty cool way to spend an hour if you're already at the mall.
Another big benefit of shopping here is the Trade-In program. You can bring in your old dusty devices and they’ll give you instant credit toward something new, which definitely helps take the sting out of the price tag.
