It’s the perfect place to grab a stool, watch whatever game is on the big screens, and forget you’re sitting in a terminal for a while.
The main reason to stop here is the food and the beer. They have an awesome selection of Alaskan craft brews on tap, so you can grab a pint from a local brewery like Midnight Sun or Alaskan Brewing Co. before you head out. Food-wise, they don’t do that typical "sad airport food." Their Halibut Fish & Chips are famous for a reason—the fish is fresh, the batter is crispy, and the tartar sauce is the real deal. If you’re really hungry, the Reindeer Sausage or the King Crab Nuggets are total crowd-pleasers that give you a final hit of local flavor.
What makes this Humpy’s great is how efficient they are. The staff knows everyone is on a clock, so the service is usually quick, but they never make you feel rushed if you’ve got a long wait.
