Atlanta, 2860 Cumberland Mall, Atlanta, GA 30339

If you are in the Smyrna or Vinings area, Cumberland Mall is the go-to spot for a convenient and high-quality shopping day. Located right near the intersection of I-75 and I-285, it’s a major landmark for anyone living in or commuting through Northwest Atlanta. Unlike some of the more hectic malls deeper in the city, Cumberland has a bright, spacious feel that makes it easy to spend a few hours browsing without feeling overwhelmed.

The store selection is a great mix of big-name anchors and popular specialty shops. You have the heavy hitters like Macy’s and Apple, but also a massive H&M, Sephora, and Forever 21. It’s the kind of place where you can find a specific tech gadget, a new outfit for the weekend, and a gift for a friend all in one trip. Locals especially appreciate that the mall is connected to a fantastic outdoor pedestrian area that leads right toward The Battery Atlanta, making it part of a much larger entertainment district.

Food is a huge part of the draw here. Beyond the standard food court favorites, the mall is surrounded by "Restaurant Row," which features some of the best sit-down spots in the area like The Cheesecake Factory, Maggiano's Little Italy, and P.F. Chang's. It is a very popular spot for business lunches during the week and family dinners on the weekends, offering a lot more variety than your typical suburban shopping center.

What distinguishes Cumberland Mall is its accessibility and family-friendly atmosphere. The parking is plentiful, and the layout is easy to navigate even with a stroller or a large group. It’s a reliable, polished part of the 30339 area that works perfectly for a serious shopping mission or just a casual afternoon out. With its close proximity to the Truist Park stadium, it’s often the perfect pre-game or post-game stop for fans looking to grab a bite or do a little window shopping.

The mall is great with lots of great stores. And it is very clean.

The restaurants in the food court are excellent. And the food court itself is very clean.

Great spaces indoors and outdoors. Excellent place to shop, eat, and hang out!

When I first wrote my review, I noted that the food court restrooms needed some maintenance. And now mall management is on top of that!

Truly an excellent mall and great part of the community. Terrific and conscientious management!

There is also a great Costco at this mall!

Five stars.

***Note: IF YOU ARE GOING TO THE COBB GALLERIA, DO NOT PARK IN THE MALL PARKING LOT. They will tow your car.

I recently visited Cumberland Mall and had a great experience, even though I only went to four stores: Dick’s, Macy’s, JD, and New-Square. The mall itself was amazingly clean, and the overall vibe felt perfect—relaxing and easy to navigate.

The employees were super kind and helpful at every store I visited, which made shopping a lot more enjoyable. All the stores were stocked and organized, so it was easy to find what I wanted.

Some highlights:
• Dick’s: A bit expensive (like a 12-card pack for $17), but still a solid selection.
• Macy’s: Incredible deals on high-quality items. Levi tennis shoes were only $19 and looked amazing. I also got wireless earbuds (Air Lucent II) for $20, and they work perfectly—the audio quality is great, and the charging case is excellent. Macy’s had a lot of affordable, high-quality finds.
• JD & New-Square: Very stylish stores with cute crop tops, jeans, and jackets. Prices are a bit high, but the clothes are worth it if you like grunge, Y2K, or goth styles. Some pieces are blinged out or have unique details like cross pendants.

Overall, Cumberland Mall is clean, well-organized, and has a nice mix of stores for both trendy and affordable finds. Worth a visit if you’re looking for quality shopping in a good environment.

I get what I need always, it may not be as large as Lenox or Perimeter, but that's fine by me, I'm in then out.

Went to the Food Court to use the restroom. It was the one "must do" and it was closed! Luckily, Dicks Sporting was very friendly and the food in the Food Court smelled great!
