Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport

Normal airport, gets you in and out. Nice places to eat inside the terminals. Tsa was quick last time I was there. Had no issues getting to and from where I needed to go. Ample parking in their garages or lots and also off-site parking. Parking shuttle runs frequently. Bathrooms are mostly clean. Overall best experience

Airport is alright. Has some nice bathrooms now but they're spread far apart in the B concourse which isn't very efficient. The TSA is questionable but that's everywhere. Fairly easy to get around.

The only plus is that it’s easy to navigate. The bathrooms are too small for the amount of people coming through. TSA is extremely rude and gives little to no direction, even when it is fast they just yell at you for not moving faster. The airport staff are not very nice nor are they willing to help at all. Like I said before, it’s easy to navigate to the gate and usually not a mile long walk, that’s about it for positives.

nice little gem, especially for international travel. it's a great airport but very busy lately. sometimes bumper to bumper when tryna enter to arrivals. nice and clean, located in a good area.

I judge a Mexican restaurant by its salsa, and I judge an airport by its bathrooms. These bathrooms are very nice, clean, and actually built to accommodate a traveler. There are also employees keeping them clean, which should be a necessity for all airports. Only downside is they had their TSA pre-check closed — highly annoying.

Poor food choices in tennis D and E. The Green Turtle appeared dirty and the staff absolutely did not care about seating patrons lined up. In fact they cracked jokes about the fact that there was a line and that no one was seating people.

The Mexican restaurant was only serving chicken wings and chicken tenders. It wasn't serving Mexican food.

R and R seafood was our best option, but clearly understaffed.

You can't get to food options at terminals A -C from terminals D and E without having to re screen.

I wanted to personally thank Charles (I believe that was his name) who works for Impark and served as the Car Rental Shuttle driver between 7 - 8 am, for the professional manner in which he carries his duties. Charles welcomed all passengers in a cheerful manner, assisted us with the luggage and ensured everyone was aware of the stop we needed to get off of at the airport. I travel very often and rarely do I encounter someone who’s pride in his job was so memorable. Thank you Charles and Merry Christmas to you and yours.

Best airport I've been to. Super clean, probably cleanest in the US. Very friendly staff. Great experience overall.

Tip this person, tip that person. Check in and to get a wheelchair was easy and fast. Haven't been here in over twenty years and am impressed with the size and cleanliness and friendly staff.
