- I'm a little late with my review but I've been busy. Anyway, went to get my breaks done back in October. Brakes was squeaking from the beginning, so I thought maybe once I've driven around a bit it would stop. It hasn't. They can never touch my car again. Somebody else will be servicing my car from now on.
Update: I was contacted by Brendan, who i really appreciate. I was able to get my issue rectified. I want to thank him and the store manager Shawn Brown for everything. My opinion has changed. Most companies could care less, but they've shown me otherwise. Thanks again
- Found a new place, if heaven forbid, I should ever need this place. VERY professional, proficient and cost-effective...+ the work was done quickly.
- Don't go here unless you're desperate. A big waste of time all around from scheduling to service. Very unprofessional service and uncaring attitudes. Not even sure the people there like their jobs which is a concern for someone working on your vehicle.
- Great same-day service at a reasonable price. My car battery died and Firestone was able to help me right away with the replacement. They also changed my oil in the same session.
