the IMAC I purchased over the phone yesterday came in today. Did not have an appointment at the Genius Bar until the next day. but despite reading poor reviews about extremely long wait times I decided to take a change. I went up to the main desk was second in line. did not wait long to tell them I was there for a pickup and setup help from an employee. I was told I'd wait about 25 minutes. OK by me. The help came in less than 15 minutes, Trent. And he was quick and knowledgeable and answered all my questions and set up the computer for me to take home and get started.

Very crowded location. It’s hard to get a staff member's attention, and they seem to be running low on various accessories. Not the best spot if you're in a rush

I ordered a new IPhone 17 online and went to pick it up today.. super quick and easy process! The employee that assisted me, Merritt, was so helpful and patient as well as a few other employees that came to check on me while I was waiting on downloads

Can you all please do better in the tracking if someone stole my AirPods I need the police to go to the exact same spot now I gotta buy some new ones when I can still see the old ones location but can't get them!

I love the Apple Store at The Summit!! It is a pleasant experience every time I have went there. Only had a bad experience once. But the niceness of the staff, cleanliness of the store and the overall feel of the place is top notch. Go during a slower time if you want more in depth service. If they are balls to the wall busy then you aren’t going to get the same service you will when it is slower. When busy it is fast paced and quick. Polite but quicker. Overall this store deserves more than 5 stars

Took my phone in for a new battery. First associate I spoke with was clear in terms of setting expectations. Before turning over my phone, the LAST THING she said to me was that they would check for any additional concerns with the phone while they were changing my battery, and they would check with me first, and get an ok if any additional concerns were found, BEFORE taking action on them. The FIRST THING the associate (different person) said to me when I came to pick up the phone was, "they found something wrong with your screen and they had to replace it". The first thing I said was, "I'm not paying for that". He then said, "No, we did it for free". I then asked him where my glass cover (Bodyguardz/expensive) for the phone was, he asked if I wanted it. I told him yes, and he went to the back, returning with my glass cover which must have been in the trash. Fingerprints, dirt/dust everywhere, plus several small "divots" on the surface. It's now unusable. On the paperwork and receipts from the visit there's no mention of this free $200 screen. There was nothing wrong with the phone/screen at all when I brought it into the store, other than needing a new battery. I believe that they either 1)wrecked the glass cover somehow and made up a story about replacing the screen, or 2) damaged the screen and had to replace it during the course of replacing the battery. Either way, you totally contradicted the last statement of the first associate I dealt with who stated, "we won't do any repair work that you don't ok", not to mention just throwing away a customer's personal property without discussing with them first.

Service so slow the workers just walk around looking at each other apple devices.... I stand around for 20-30 minutes with appointment make no sense

TRESSPASSED by the management there, Chris among a few other Birmingham Police here, only Apple Store in Birmingham, AL. Cost me about nearly $3,500 in unnecessary ATT/Verizon Wireless bills being charged, stolen, unable to be tracked overpaying for subscriptions, unable to get Genius Bar service, refunds, or

The service itself was good. The only problem I had was the person that set my appointment gave me a price to fix my iPad but when I got to the store, I found out they just trade it in for another one that cost $150 more than the quoted fix price. The young lady that helped me was patient and good at her job.

I needed a battery for my iPhone and they told me on the phone that they could install one for my phone. I ask them to make sure before I drove for over a hour each way. They told me they could. I get there and they looked at my phone and said, we don’t install batteries for your phone anymore. The batteries are on the apple website for sale but we don’t install them. How dumb is that. Get it together apple summit and stop wasting peoples time. If all calls are recorded then look it up and listen for yourself what I was told. Wasted my whole day.
