I love the fresh produce and the prices! I purchased my Coconut cream for my pie today and a cashier yelled at me because she thought I had cut the line which I never do. The lady cashier next to her waved me forward. I told her I never cut lines, but she never apologized just waved her hand at me to leave when I called her rude. I brought it attention to the manager explaining that I have shopped here for years, even when it was a Safeway! (Yes I'm that old) lol. Manager was polite and friendly. If you deal with the public and are having a bad day, don't yell at people. Maybe you should work in the back of the store where Customers don't piss you off!

Give it a 3.5. I remember a few years back the cashier over charged me for a bundle of cilantros for $6. Didn't happen once but twice for their veggie products. They have mostly everything, from household items to pots, cooking utensils, plates and bowls, and other Asian cultural stuff. Hot food, prepackaged food, snacks drinks, clothes, rice etc. Always come to shop for their snacks and candy sometimes. Don't like their frozen meat, not fresh when cooked and hard. The store overall is great and you can find almost everything you need there.

The produce supervisor who takes in the farmers groceries is extremely rude. He has been working there for a couples years. Probably has the longest tenure so I don’t expect the store to release him anytime soon. My mom sends in vegetables and today she went there to organize her vegetable. She asked the supervisor permission if she could reorganize her vegetable and he said yes. He gave her a spot to organize, while starring at her intently from a distance. My mom respects other farmers vegetable because they worked hard in the farm to bring it into the store so she reorganized her vegetable inside the small area that the supervisor instructed her to. She did just that and the supervisor, from a distance, yelled at her and said she stacked her vegetable over other farms. My mom asked him to come check, and he didn’t. He still yelled at her and said she stacked her vegetable over other farmers’ vegetable. Granted, this was not the first time this happened.

This incident was very unprofessional. First, he should not have yelled at my mom like a kid in front of other shoppers near by. He doesn’t respect the elders. Secondly, she should not have granted permission if he wasn’t happy. I will limit myself from going to the store from now on. A lot of people come to this store because of the fresh produce they worked very hard in the hot weather low pay to bring in the vegetable. This was frustrating. The produce supervisor has a very negative attitude towards some farmers and favorites others from my experiences with helping my mom bring in the vegetable. I hope the store owners or management retrains him or let him go. He represents the store has been a disgrace. Very rude and disrespectful.

This supermarket is big and has lots of variety from veggies, oriental needs, shoes, clothes and even hot foods. Last time I was here, I didn’t like the hot foods so I avoided that. They had a great variety of snacks and veggies.

They also have a reward system if you’re a local so I would look into that. They’re open until 7:30pm and not 7:00pm as noted on my phone.

Staff is friendly and they had stuff that the other big stores didn’t have in regards to snacks. I would come again!

The employees are so helpful and friendly here. I asked a question and the employee did not know the answer but he went out of his way to find out for me. A+ service.
