Dr.Brioché is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! She is patient and very thorough. She listened to and addressed all my concerns. Her bedside manner is exceptional and I’m very happy I chose her to be our pediatrician.

This place is great from the moment you walk through the door! It’s a beautiful space decorated very nicely and with a play area for the kids. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful, as was the young lady who took Zoe’s vitals (Janiyah, I think). We had Dr. Abrams and she’s also very kind and interacted well with my daughter. I appreciated that we weren’t there too long because time is valuable; and both the colorful bandaids and lollipops made my daughter’s day, especially after the dreaded shots. Finally, I loved that I was able to get the medical form for school on the spot rather than having to wait days or weeks! Glad I made the switch!

I believe all the doctors with Tribeca Pediatrics are wonderful. Their staff however, RIDICULOUS. They do not know how to do their job or give the correct information. Even 1 of the doctors (who shall remain nameless) said himself some staff members still don’t know how to work properly. VERY DISAPPOINTING, I have been requesting a letter for my son’s school since Friday. And each time I call I get told the same thing “your request is not in our system, I’ll submit one for you now” just to be told the same thing again when I call.

Tribeca Pediatrics, I suggest you either train your current employees properly or hire new employees that would actually do their job.
