- Exceptional doctor! I was referred to Dr. Avany by my friend and glad that I took his advice. Dr. Avany explained everything to me detail and addressed all of my concerns to my complete satisfaction! Glad I found a great doctor for myself who genuinely cares for her patients!
- I like Dr. Avany, and it helps that her English has gotten better over time. However, she doesn't call when you are awaiting test results--only if it's bad news. The receptionist is frequently changing, some are nicer than others, their English varies. The one that does the insurance and sometimes answers the phone (Lana) is rude and unfriendly. The phlebotomist is nice, speaks little English. It is somewhat uncomfortable that everyone speaks Russian all the time. And they always have Russian TV programs on. Overall, I think the doctor knows what she's doing so I keep going back.

The nurse and front desk representatives are friendly but are human and can be busy at times holding down the phones and servicing patients at the office.
