The manager Jack did a great job helping me out with my computer purchase. There was an issue with my online pickup order and the communication I got from online and he helped me get the computer in store in 5 minutes. No troubles at all.

Also, Firelli did a great job with customer service too. In store is AWESOME!!!!!

I went to the Apple Summerlin Store to repair my iPhone glass. At check-in, Courtney told me the wait would be 1.5–2 hours just to see a technician, which was discouraging. When I returned and decided to wait, her attitude felt a bit dismissive. She asked “For sure you don’t know your Apple ID isn’t?” (A 63 y old lady looks like will be too much work) but I’m glad I remembered it!

Thankfully, Josh stepped in and completely changed the experience — he was professional, efficient, and had my phone ready in one hour as promised. Great service from Josh. Employees like him make the difference

I first came in with my colleague who wanted to buy a new iPhone (they had us in and out in about 15 minutes, incredible) but I also had an issue with my AirPods Pro 3rd gen where the battery of the case would deplete drastically without me even using the headphones. I did have to come in twice as the first time I told one of the Genius Bar representatives that I thought it was the case that was the issue. They said they thought it was the headphones themselves so they replaced them. I still had the same problem so I came back in again and this time, they replaced the case. Now the problem is gone, thankfully. The store is clean and plenty of people to help. I highly recommend.

My iMac needed service, I was given a same day appointment even though it was the week of Christmas and they were very busy. My problem was quickly diagnosed, had to leave computer for hardware issue. I was told 5 to 7 days but Christmas closure might add to this time. I was contacted in four days to pick up my machine - good as new. Very reasonable price, every associate I had contact with was friendly, competent and helpful (Apple phone support too!) My complements to Apple & staff.

I visited the store three weeks ago. I was greeted by several people upon entering. Charlene had a very welcoming demeanor so we chatted a bit and she was able to answer the questions I had. Other Apple stores in town will ignore you when you walk in and you kind of walk around lost making eye contact with associates that just smile and keep their backs glued to the wall. This store is inviting and clean

Stopped by here twice now and both times the staff has been super friendly and helpful. There are plenty of staff members to help so I did not have to wait either time. The first time I visited I was looking for a HomePod mini was able to find and complete the purchase quickly. The second visit, I had already purchased a Mac mini on the Apple Store app and was just picking it up. The staff member who helped me was able to scan the QR code that Apple sent me and was able to get me the Mac mini in a bag and ready to go in under a couple of minutes. Great experience both times. There are also a plethora of Apple products to try out in the store if you are wanting to test drive a Macbook or a new iPhone. Go on a Saturday morning and you can also cruise through the nearby Farmers Market in Downtown Summerlin on your way in or out.

Horrible customer service. I needed help after my Mac M1 randomly stopped working, but the associate lacked a basic knowledge on repairs. She was unprofessional and uneducated, lacking any clear method or process for approaching the repair. I then left it over night with Apple, who then sent me an email telling me I had to call them. I have been waiting on hold for an hour with the their voice bot. I do not need to wait on hold, they could simply just send me an email saying my computer is ready to pick up. While I was in the store, the manager and another associate were loudly discussing politics rather than adding value, providing assistance, or building better business processes. This is completely unprofessional and abysmal customer service. 1 star rating, absolutely would expect better service and will never be purchasing another Apple product.

I bought an iPad the other day from Chais, who was helpful, knowledgeable, efficient, and honest. I was making this purchase for a new job, and when I told him what I'd be using it for, he steered me toward exactly what I needed. I couldn't have picked a better person to help me with this decision if I tried. Thank you, Chais!

Always a great time visiting Apple. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are willing to listen and direct you to the proper products. There is a Genius Bar that offer classes and help with any problems. It is recommended that an appointment be made for the Genius Bar.

I am picking up something I bought, don’t need any assistance, just need my product. Why am I in line for 30 min. Getting my purchase? Go grab the product I bought, give it to me and let me go! Once again Apple fails the concept of customer service. Once upon a time, I was impressed, thrilled and proud of Apple, now they’ve lost it.

The store is super unmanageable. There is people everywhere standing in line or have an appointment, on one big mess. I’m here to pick up something I ordered and paid for last week, but still I have to wait in a 30 min line just to get my purchase. This is ridiculous

Antonio was so helpful! He fixed my frozen phone and got it to restart thank goodness with a couple tricks. So happy I didn’t have to get a new phone! He totally saved the day!

I was there yesterday and Cezz the technician had a very good customer service, she was the only one who resolved my issues about my I Phone 13 Pro-max she gave me an idea what’s the best thing to do first and foremost in order to replaced the broken unit she should received a good recognition for having a great customer response…

On the other hand , the person at the entrance door whom I first approached while he’s talking to me he kept on greeting people whose coming in and not focused on me, for me that’s a very bad customer experience that’s why I asked him… can you please direct me to the person who can help me since you are busy greeting people” if your doing customer service you should look directly to the eyes of the customer and focused on what she’s saying and he also told me that they can’t provide I Phone 13 Pro Max because it was faced out already, not even ask me about what happened to the device, so for him I’m giving him “0” star

MY 5 STARS GOES TO CEZZ who gave me an awesome customer experience…
