- My rental pick-up was just past midnight. The attendant was first rate. The car was in excellent condition, inside and out. My drop-off was as close to seemless as it could have been, taking less than a couple of minutes at 4p.m. the following day.
- Update: After my post, Avis reached out and offered a resolution that was very reasonable and fair. I'm impressed with the customer service and quick response to my concern. You have a repeat customer next time I need a rental.
First time renting Avis at this location. Staff was friendly and efficient. Minivan had a terrible smell (like someone had smoked in it and then tried spraying it with air fresher) disgusting.
- Quick and easy to get my car. I didn't have the app I could do with national but it was still easy enough. I was given an upgrade on my vehicle as well because of the wait for service.
