Добро пожаловать в Kalinka Euro Deli! Дом с лучшими домашними блюдами и продуктами русской, украинской и / или бывшей советской кухни в районе Норт-Майами-Бич.
In the heart of Sunny Isles Beach—Miami’s vibrant "Little Moscow"—Kalinka Euro Deli at 18090 Collins Ave (Suite T-24) is an authentic, no-frills portal to Eastern Europe.
Since the mid-2000s, this neighborhood staple has served as the "community kitchen" for the local Ukrainian, Russian, and Georgian populations. It is a rare space where high-rise luxury meets the humble, soulful warmth of a grandmother’s dining room.
The Vibe: Nostalgia by the Pound
Kalinka is part boutique grocery store, part bustling cafeteria. The atmosphere is unpretentious and rhythmic—you’ll hear a symphony of Slavic languages as residents stock up on jars of pickled garlic while others crowd the small tables for a steaming bowl of soup. It is a place that prioritizes flavor over fanfare, offering a "local village" feel just steps away from the Atlantic's luxury condos.
What Makes It Unique
The "Liquid Gold" Borscht: Widely considered the gold standard in North Miami, Kalinka’s Borscht is a deep-ruby, beef-and-beet masterpiece. Locals swear by it as a "remedy for everything," usually served with a generous side of dense rye bread and thick sour cream.
The "Pelmeni" Pivot: While the grocery aisles are packed with imported treats, the real draw is the handmade dumplings. Their Pelmeni (meat) and Vareniki (potato or cherry) are boiled to order. They take a few extra minutes to cook, which is the local "tell" for freshness—well worth the wait.
A Curated "Euro-Supermarket": It is a treasure hunter's paradise for Eastern European staples:
The Dairy Wall: A massive selection of Kefir and Ryazhenka (baked milk).
The Smoked Counter: High-end salmon, Baltic herring, and Salo (cured fatback).
The Sweet Aisle: Buckets of bulk candies from Ukraine and Russia, plus authentic Halvah.
Georgian Soul: Beyond the Russian staples, Kalinka is a local hub for Georgian specialties like Kharcho (spicy beef and walnut soup) and Khachapuri (cheese-filled bread), bringing a touch of the Caucasus Mountains to the Florida coast.
The Experience
The Buffet Ritual: Skip the menu and head straight to the hot bar. Point to the Chicken Kotleti (meatballs), a side of Kasha (buckwheat), and the Fried Cabbage. It’s the ultimate "clean-eating" comfort meal on a budget.
The Salad Symphony: Try the Vinaigrette Salad—a tart, neon-pink toss of diced beets, pickles, and potatoes—or the iconic Salad Olivier, which is the undisputed king of Slavic holiday spreads.
The Napoleon Finale: No visit is complete without a slice of their Napoleon Cake. It is a towering, multi-layered puff pastry with rich cream that tastes remarkably homemade.
Quick Facts
Specialties: Borscht, Pelmeni, Napoleon Cake, and Georgian Kharcho.
Hours: Open daily from 08:00 AM – 10:00 PM, making it a reliable spot for both early-morning Blintzes and late-night grocery runs.
Accessibility: Indoor and outdoor seating available; located in the RK Center with ample (though often busy) parking.
The Verdict: Kalinka Euro Deli is the "Authentic Heart of Sunny Isles." It is the definitive destination for anyone who wants to experience the true flavors of the former Soviet Union without needing a passport, served with a side of genuine home-style hospitality.
The most interesting reviews
- This is my favorite cafe in Miami. There's delicious food there. When I'm sad and I don't know what to eat at home, Kalinka always comes to the rescue. I am always satisfied with my care there. All the cakes are very tasty, of the dishes I like the cutlet with cheese and the pepper and eggplant salad the most. I recommend to try. They also have delicious borscht and hodgepodge. I recommend this place 100%
- My wife and I came in to have some breakfast and coffee and what we received was an amazing home style cooked breakfast with eggs, toast, potatoes, and ham. With a fresh roast of coffee. We were warmly greeted and welcomed to eat in. We ate on real plates and silverware just like home. Thank you for this great morning experience while we were visiting. I would highly recommend this establishment.

- Персонал очень доброжелателен, лоялен. Большой плюс, что дают пробовать блюда. В моем случае торт наполеон. Молодцы! Жду обновления!
- Great homemade food. Kristine was very helpful with suggestions. Turkey cutlet and salmon was seasoned well. Enjoyed the fried cabbage and croissant. The desserts were delicious. The napoleon & tiramisu were fresh. Met a friendly couple from Denver, CO who sat behind me outside.
- I came here my very first time in Sunny isles because of one of my friends took me here to try out her favorite Russian dish called borsh. It’s like a tomato soup but it’s like a million jillion times more flavorful and delicious and has such a eccentric taste, highly recommend trying it and the meatball soup they have it’s also very delicious. You can sit inside or outside and they have their own little supermarket where you can buy products from Russia
