Lotte Plaza Market

Located at 3191 W Colonial Dr, Lotte Plaza Market is a massive, high-energy anchor of Orlando’s West Colonial corridor. While it has long been a heavyweight in the local Asian food scene, it recently underwent a significant overhaul to maintain its status as a premier "foodie destination." It is far more than a grocery store; it is a sprawling cultural experience that blends a premium Korean supermarket with a diverse "mini-mall" of international boutiques and eateries.

The Colonial Drive Highlights

The "Snack Lab" Corridor: This location features a dedicated, neon-lit section known as the "Snack Lab." It is a paradise for trending Asian treats, specifically organized to highlight viral TikTok snacks, limited-edition Japanese KitKats, and the "Chocolate Churro" Turtle Chips that locals buy by the case.

A Pan-Asian Food Court: The food hall here is exceptionally diverse, even by Orlando standards. You’ll find Pho 54 (famed for its #14 pork vermicelli), Thai Super Bowl (a local favorite for spicy red curry), and Joen for authentic Korean comfort food like Jjampong and Seafood Pancakes.

Tous Les Jours Bakery: Anchoring the front of the store is a sleek Tous Les Jours. This French-Asian bakery is the go-to spot in West Orlando for "Cloud Cakes," lavender lattes, and savory kimchi croquettes that are baked fresh multiple times a day.

The "K-Beauty" Boutique: Just inside the entrance, you’ll find specialized skincare shops featuring brands like Aritaum and Cuppy. It is a primary destination for high-end Korean face masks, serums, and sunscreens that are often significantly cheaper here than at major Western beauty retailers.

Live Seafood & "Tank-to-Table": The seafood department is legendary for its freshness. You’ll find live Dungeness crabs, lobsters, and red snappers. For those hosting at home, their pre-marinated Bulgogi and Galbi sections are meticulously packaged and ready for a Korean BBQ night.

Why It’s Unique

Lotte Plaza Market Orlando is defined by its "Boutique-Scale Diversity." While it carries the same core inventory as its competitors, it is uniquely prized for its selection of Filipino staples (like Ube condensed milk and specialized vinegars) and Southeast Asian herbs that are often harder to find in strictly Korean-focused markets. It offers an "Aladdin’s Cave" experience where you can browse high-end Zojirushi rice cookers in one aisle and find rare tropical fruits like fresh jackfruit and mangosteen in the next.

Insider Tip: Parking can be competitive on weekends, but the store is so massive that it rarely feels cramped once you're inside. If you're a "Thai food snob," head straight to the back of the food court for the Thai Super Bowl—it is widely considered one of the most authentic spots in the city, hidden in plain sight.

Essential Information

This market had a few little restaurants you could stop at before shopping, including a bakery and a skincare spot. They even had a hair salon inside. There were tons of food options and a whole section dedicated to snacks. I also loved that there were lots of free samples. It reminded me of H Mart, just not as busy.

Anyone who loves exploring diverse Asian ingredients or wants a one-stop shop for groceries plus international eats. The variety alone makes it worth a visit even more if you enjoy trying new foods or cooking authentic dishes. Just plan your trip to avoid peak crowds if possible!

One of my go to grocery store for korean food/snacks! Incredible selection of unique things to try and one of my favorite is already prep food for kbbq. Not to mention that food court is a hit along with skincare. Highly recommend.

Lotte Market is a fantastic place for fresh produce and fruits. Everything is always clean, well-organized, and super fresh, with a great variety you don’t find at regular grocery stores. The fruits and vegetables are high quality and reasonably priced, and the store has such a nice, welcoming atmosphere. Staff are friendly and helpful too. This is my go-to spot when I want really good produce — highly recommend!

Definitely a great place to shop. It's a little farther than Hmart, but tends to be less crowded and has more in stock! Always can find my favorite rice crackers in stock when I go!

Best produce and best meat dept around, we go here weekly and now that Hmart opened they have only increased the good stuff available so it has made me want to continue shopping there. Great marinated meats and all the treats from Asia you can imagine. I def rock with Lotte.

The produce is always fresh and they seem to usually have at least one item here that I peaks my interest. Lotte usually has everything I need and want. The employees are usually helpful to find stuff if it has moved. Stick to your shopping lists or you’ll buy more than you need.

Wow! I did not expect it to be so big. They have so many veggies available and I love that they are not picked for uniformity.
We got their late and chose to enjoy their food court at the expense of seeing their fish market. No regrets! We had Pho and meat on a stick. It was fantastic.

While this store is well stocked, it is very hard to find anything. If you ask for help, you may need to see several people before finding someone that remotely speaks English. Also, watch the prices, a lot of common products are very over priced.

What happened to this market? It's become dirty, cluttered and dark. Mae Ploy, and other quality brands are gone and the selection of products has been greatly reduced. It seems there are a lot more empty spaces and fewer shelves, though the produce department still has a lot of variety.

Unlike past visits, I felt very unwelcome in this store. Employees were unable/unwilling to help and actually would run away when customers tried to approach them! Some pretended to not speak English to customers but when a supervisor approached they magically became fluent. That enough is reason to not shop at Lotte Plaza Market. Fortunately there are several other Asian grocery stores that are better and more welcoming.

We went Tous Les Jours bakery in Lotte Plaza Market in Orlando today. I asked the two Korean women if they had milk breads? She said they had none. So I bought two loafs of barley bread. After I was done shopping about an hour later as I was going to the restroom I noticed there was plenty of bread!!! So I bought 3 loaves of milk breads and I told them that I was very disappointed that they were not honest. I am Korean also so I was definitely disappointed and ashamed of them. I made them take back the barley loaves also. They didn’t say anything and just and when the women told the her co-worker or manager they started to whisper to each other. They had a very bad attitude towards me and were not decent enough to even apologize. They have very poor customer relations, lied and were extremely rude.

Took a day trip with the kids and had lunch in the food court. Bought snacks for school lunch and some extras. The children loved seeing the live crabs and lobster

Excellent fresh seafood abundance and personal service. Large fresh produce area with international variety & fair prices. No one speaks English because mostly Mexican employees . They should check if they are hiring legal citizens for cashier and stock staff.
Food court is inside the market. Street patio feel. Tea bar a little on the pricey side. People coming and going depending on day of week. Take out available. Recommend improving cleanliness and appearance of entrance. Once inside its organized and clean.

It's basically HMart but it's called Lotte Market. They even have the little restaurants inside and the little vendors at the front of the store.

What more can be said besides that it is mandatory "go to" spot when visiting from Tampa(90 miles away). Spouse is Korean, and this place makes all residents from the Orient feel close to home. Prices are very reasonable. The vast variety of products is a pleasant surprise, and a welcomed addition to the area.
