Elica has 10 medical centers in Sacramento and Yolo counties along with four mobile clinics.

Given the tremendous need for primary medical and dental care among tens of thousands of the Sacramento region’s medically-underserved low-income and homeless populations, Elica seeks opportunities to collaborate with like-minded organizations that want to increase access to affordable quality healthcare. Our partners include, for example: The City of Sacramento’s Pathways to Health & Home program, U.C. Davis, San Juan Unified School District, Twin Rivers Unified School District, and the Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA).

Elica offers primary and preventive health care visits, lab services, dental care, mental health services, podiatric care and case management, all of which are conveniently located, coordinated and tailored to meet the needs of our patients. With employees as diverse as the patients served, our providers and staff are committed to creating a culturally sensitive and multilingual environment.

As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), Elica is an integral part of the regional health safety net. It serves as a “one stop shop” that provides a range of clinical, outreach and social assistance services to eligible individuals in Sacramento and its surrounding communities, regardless of ability to pay.

All stuff and customer service are very poor and unprofessional because of mismanagement, they don't have good mismanagement, all employees are hired by recommending, soon Elica will closed down because of their mismanagement.

They gave me meds for adhd, which worked, but gave me bad physical symptoms. They wanted me out of their hair so they didn't prescribe me anything else for ADHD so they could say my medication was steady and I would be calling every 3 months instead of every month. Not only that, but when I ask for anything they tell me to ask someone else for a referral and then when I go to the person I'm referred to they refer me to someone else. I'm so tired of it.

I am suffering from a skin disease which is spreading around my body every single day. They scheduled me an appointment and two providers at the same time checked me and prescribed me antibiotics and said I should be seen by a specialist. It’s almost a month that I’m waiting for the referral. I called the referral department which is the weakest department in Elica Health Care unfortunately, this is the fourth time they are ignoring me.
Now I am working on a complaint to OCR and any other responsible organizations.
Unfortunately, referrals department is full of complaints.
