Great Experience, I went in and test drove a Model 3, I liked it. Went online and found one I liked ( pre-owned ), paid for it, had it transported there. All the paper work was done online so all I had to do was pick it up. Set time to pick up and I get there a little early, my time came up and all I had to do was get in car, thank them and I was on my way. No taking hours to sign paper work, no dealer fees, just tax, tag and title. I'll never buy another brand of car again. Dealers should take lessons from these guys. Pay for the car and no dealer fees. I was going to buy a Lexus but after dealer fees, prep fees, and maintenance fees it jacked up the price to almost 3 grand. Keep it, I'll get a Tesla.

Absolutely terrible service when going to pick up a brand new car. Delivery appointment for 2:30. I tried to hurt someone down finally at 3:50 and force them to help me. I checked in when I got there and everything. They just didn't care to help unless forced to. Once this lease is done, chances of getting a Tesla again are slim. Totally ruined my delivery day experience.
