- I am a new patient here at North Valley women’s care. From the beginning to end this facility and staff were amazing! The front office was pleasant and made this experience a breeze. Nurse practitioner Michelle was the best! She made me feel calm when I felt worried, she was informative and new exactly what she was doing! I was able to get everything I needed to get done all in a week because Michelle was understanding and sympathetic towards my situation and wanted to make sure my needs were met! Overall such a great experience and I would recommend Michelle to everyone I know!
- Dr.Austin has been my doctor for the last six years and has delivered both my children (with another on the way) flawlessly. I now make a 45 min drive one way just to see her, because no one else is truly as compassionate, caring, and honest as she is. There is no other doctor that will take the time to actually listen to you and your concerns/questions like she does. I feel so taken care of here it’s worth the drive for me. *Bonus is that the office is staff is on top of it and I almost never wait at all when I call. They are very prompt, professional and polite. Which in all honesty it’s super hard to find a good doctor AND a good front office/support staff.
- I have always had bad experiences with the past obgyn’s with my past miscarriages and they all was very cold and some even dared to bring students without consent. But this place along with Dr.wood was an actual blessing. I felt so comfortable talking to her about my first issues. She understood what I wanted and is willing to try and help me. Not focused on my weight but actually checking other issues and I appreciated it so I will leave my 5 star review for this place.
